The 2012 Fall National Tournament was held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex within the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida last Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesday and Thursday were action packed days of physical training courses, Protech Weapons Instruction, and business seminars. Friday and Saturday were filled with thrilling competition for every age and ability. ATA Headquarters would like to extend a special thank you to everyone who attended and made the event such a tremendous success!

Friday night, the second annual ATA STRONG Invitational on ESPN3 took place at the HP Field House. The world-champion level competition and performances were amazing! Thanks to everyone who logged on to the live internet broadcast, we exceeded our outstanding viewership numbers from last year!

ATA is delighted to announce the winners of the ATA STRONG Invitational:

ATA Xtreme Forms- Brian Chung (16 and under division)
Double Combat Weapons Sparring- Master Ricardo Valino

Tricks Battle- Team Edge

Two of the divisional winners were selected by drawing to receive an all- expenses paid trip to Korea next spring. The prize consists of round trip air fare and touring package including ground transportation, lodging, tour guide, all meals, training, and attraction fees compliments of the Seoul Tourism Association. The lucky recipients were Brian Chung and Corey Diamond.

   

In addition to the fierce competition, the evening featured outstanding performances and demonstrations. The 2012 Team Demo Champions- Team eNVy of Las Vegas, Nevada, and the 2012 Team SYNC Champions- Team Edge of Oakwood, Georgia dazzled the audience with dynamic performances. Chief Master Caesar Ozuna and Chief Master Marilyn Niblock also offered an impressive demonstration of the 8th Degree form.

Directly following the Fall National Tournament, ATA hosted the 2012 Fall Leadership Camp on October 21 and 22. The camp included Warrior Xfit Kickboxing Certification, Intro to Krav Maga, Double Combative Weapons Training and Sparring, Continuous Sparring, Ground Fighting, Dynamic Board Breaking, and a number of other training sessions.

Even though the tournament has just concluded, ATA Headquarters is already gearing up for the next national event! The Spring National Tournament will be held March 13-16, 2013 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Online registration will be available soon at ataonline.com.

Included in this auction is an early tournament competition registration for one person for (up to) all 8 events. This would make a great holiday gift or simply a chance to save some money.
